Your details, kept simple.

Only what you type into our contact or agency forms: your name, email, business name, and anything you choose to add, such as a website, a link to files, your project details and the plan you're asking about. With it we record the page you sent it from, the date, and, if you arrived through a link with campaign tags, those tags and the website you came from. We don't ask for payment details or anything sensitive in these forms.

To read and answer your inquiry, prepare a quote or sample, and keep a simple record of who has contacted us and which of our offers they asked about. We don't sell your details, don't share them for anyone else's marketing, and won't add you to a mailing list.

Form submissions pass through our website host (Cloudflare) to our business Google Workspace account, where they're emailed to us and logged in a private spreadsheet. Files you link to stay wherever you shared them. Only Seed & Lamp has access.

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If you arrive through a tagged link, the tags are kept in your browser only for that visit and sent to us only if you submit a form.

As long as we need it to reply to you and keep normal business records. Ask us any time and we'll delete your inquiry.
